The alleged offence is reported to have occurred within the supermarket in Bearsden on the evening of 22 April.
Police Scotland said the 38-year-old suspect was released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.
Asda did not wish to comment and referred Sky News to the force.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a voyeurism offence in Bearsden.
“The incident occurred within a premises in Milngavie Road around 8.20pm on Wednesday 22 April 2026.
“He was released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.”
