Pony trekking, water sports and graffiti: East Riding school holiday activities announced

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme for summer includes over 460 activities, at numerous locations across the East Riding.

Children aged four to 16 can access activities from pony trekking to nerf challenges, water sports and graffiti workshops.

Families in receipt of benefits-related free school meals or council tax support can access the activities for free.

All HAF activities are available to other families on a paid-for basis, and prices will vary by activity and provider.

New to the summer programme are STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) activities, cricket, axe throwing, holistic therapies, and a sports leadership award for young people. There is a dedicated SEND programme which includes BMX-biking, farm experiences and glow sports, and the programme welcomes back trampolining, go-karting and aerial hi-ropes sessions at The Edge in Bridlington.

HAF places can be booked online: eryc.link/HAFSummer
