The North Yorkshire Axe Throwing Championship returns for its second year on Saturday 15th November 2025 at North Yorkshire Water Park.
The championship will test the skill and precision of throwers from across the region. Partnering once again with Valhalla North, the competition welcomes participants of all abilities, from first-time throwers to seasoned pros, to take aim at the coveted title of ‘North Yorkshire’s Axe Throwing Champion’.
Set against the stunning backdrop of North Yorkshire Water Park’s Adventure Wood, the event will kick off with registration at 11am, followed by an action-packed day of competition. Each participant is guaranteed a minimum of six games, ensuring plenty of opportunities to perfect their throws and climb the leaderboard.
Three titles are up for grabs including Under 18s Champion, Novice Champion and Expert Champion. The competition is open to anyone aged 12 years and over, with entry priced at £35 per person.
To top off the day, competitors can look forward to a well-earned pie and pea supper at the North Yorkshire Water Park café, where they can relax and unwind after the event.
