Humberside’s Police & Crime Commissioner and his Deputy have written a letter to PM Andy Burnham raising concerns that further devolution could lead to the break up of Humberside Police and Fire & Rescue Services.
They fear the boundaries of Police and Fire Service areas will be redrawn to match the Mayoral areas in Hull & East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
They were also critical of the performance of Mayor Luke Campbell and his Combined Authority.
