The band, led by Noel and his brother Liam Gallagher, will return to Knebworth, more than 30 years after their historic gigs at the Hertfordshire park, on September 11, 12, 18, 19 – and now 25 and 26 – in 2027.
They have also added another date in Rome on 26 July, and one in Munich on 6 July.
In a post on social media, the band said the extra shows were due to “phenomenal demand”.
The band previously announced 11 dates at the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City, as well as shows at Knebworth and in Glasgow, Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Boston, Las Vegas, and Slane Castle in Ireland.
The Paris dates at the Stade de France have been changed from 23 and 24 July to 20 and 23 July due to railway engineering works near the venue on the 24th.
Following the announcement of the Live 27 world tour, Noel ruled out making new music with the band.
Speculation about another tour had been building for months, ramping up considerably around the 30th anniversary of the Knebworth shows, which saw the band playing to 250,000 people in August 1996.
Coming at the height of Oasis’ fame, it is estimated that more than 2.5m people applied to go to the two gigs, breaking box office records at the time.
Registration for fans wanting to purchase tickets is now closed.
Successful applicants will be sent a unique, non-transferable code to access an allocated on-sale window.
In the UK, ticket sales will take place on 25, 26 and 27 September, with three selling windows each day.
Fans will be informed directly which window they can access, and at what time.
