East Riding Leisure Driffield are launching new activity classes for children from this week.
The popular exhibition at Beverley Art Gallery, 'Reflections of Japan in East Yorkshire', has received further official recognition from the Japanese Embassy.
Bringing the wonderful world of Harry Potter to life once again, East Riding Libraries are excited to present Harry Potter Book Night 2022. There will be dramatic readings to set the scene, an ever-popular scavenger hunt around the libraries and a super quiz that will have Wizard’s Chess fans on the edge of their seats!
Between 11pm and 11.40pm on Friday 21 January two men sustained facial injuries and were knocked unconscious in an incident outside a pub on Exchange Street in Driffield.
A man was arrested at the time of the incident and, while Humberside Police continue with their enquiries, has now been released under investigation.
Humberside Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has information, or mobile phone footage, that would help with the enquiries to contact them on the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 16/16739/22.
