Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which happened on the B1248, Station Road between Lund and Bainton, in the East Riding of Yorkshire that happened at 7.30am yesterday (Wednesday 11 September).

On the 2 October 2018 Humberside Police appealed for information regarding the discovery of a dead Common Buzzard.  X-rays showed the bird had three shotgun pellets in its body. These were old injuries but the bird also had more recent injuries to its head, possibly having been confined in a cage trap.
