Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which happened shortly after 9pm on Friday 23 January.
A silver Renault Scenic left the road on North Street in Leven and collided with the garden wall of a house.
The driver of the Renault sadly died at the scene. No one else was injured in the collision.
