Driffield Youth Action has highlighted the scale of its work in the town, telling councillors it currently supports between 50 and 80 young people every week.
The update was given during a presentation to Driffield Town Council by trustee Fiona Turner and staff member Lisa Harris, who thanked councillors for their ongoing financial support.
They spoke about the importance of youth provision in Driffield and the positive impact the organisation has on children and young people in the area.
Councillors were told the charity is keen to expand its reach and support even more young people in the future. The presentation was warmly received by councillors, who acknowledged the value of Driffield Youth Action’s work and its role in supporting young people locally.
