Inspectors from Ofsted and the CQC are visiting the East Riding to inspect the local arrangements for children and young people with special education needs and disabilities.
Practitioners, parents and carers, children and young people are invited to complete a survey as part of the inspection.
The deadline to complete the survey is 9am on Tuesday 16 September.
