Humberside Fire and Rescue Service have launched their recruitment drive for full-time firefighters.
The online application form opened at 9 am on Monday 20 January.
The Service says they are: “Looking for motivated individuals who want to help protect and support our communities across the Humber region.
“While the image of firefighters rushing to emergencies with blue lights and sirens remains a key part of the role, today’s fire service does much more.
“Our firefighters play an essential role in prevention and protection, working proactively with communities to reduce the number and impact of incidents. Joining Humberside Fire and Rescue Service means becoming part of a team dedicated to saving lives, preventing harm and making a positive impact every day.”

Medicals: 12 May to 13 June 2025
13-week training course: 22 September to 19 December 2025
